Medex Manaslu Expedition 2015

This is the official blog site for the Medex Manaslu 2015 Expedition. We seek to visit a remote part of Nepal north of Manaslu and establish a Base Camp at 5,300m where we will both conduct research into altitude illness and climb Larkya Peak, 6,200m. We will be in the field from 23rd March until 24th April 2015 and will post regular reports to this site during this period. Further details can be found on www.medex.org.uk . Reports will also be posted to the Medex Facebook page.
